Design: Genomic DNA was isolated using the the MasterPure? Yeast DNA Purification Kit (Epicentre). The sequencing library was prepared using a 1D^2 Ligation Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK308, Oxford Nanopore Technologies) according to the manufacturers instructions. Sequencing was performed using a R9.5 flowcell on a MinION sequencing platform according to the manufacturers instructions. Basecalling and demultiplexing were performed using albacore v2.3.1 and porechop v0.2.3.
